Postknight 2: I couldn't link my account as another account is linked

When you are trying to link your account to your Google Play/Apple ID/Facebook account, but find out that there is already an unwanted account that was linked, we can help to remove the linked account.


Please follow the following steps.

Before you proceed, please double-tap on the Postknight 2 logo at the bottom of the game screen and save/take a screenshot of your current Player ID. 

1. Get the new account's (unwanted account) Player ID & Character ID. You can do so by double-tapping the Postknight 2 logo at the bottom of the screen (it will automatically get copied). Please provide us with the Player ID & Character ID.

2. After you have completed step 1, uninstall the application and reinstall again OR clear your application data. 

3. Upon login, tap login with Guest, and you should get your old progress back again. Please provide us with the Player ID & Character ID for this account.

4. Send us a ticket with the information from both step 1 and step 3.

4. Do not link your account yet. We will use the info you provided in step 1 to clear the new account created previously and follow up with you again when it's ideal for you to link your account.
